Bloody Mary
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 pounds beefsteak tomatoes, roughly chopped;
- 1/2 cup seafood cocktail sauce;
- 1/4 cup(s) Worcestershire sauce;
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, combined with Worcestershire sauce, seafood cocktail sauce and beefsteak tomatoes;
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice;
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt;
- 12 ounces vodka;
- 10 dashes Tabasco;
- 3 tablespoons grated horseradish;
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt;
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper;
- garnish: six stalks celery;
- Ice.
- 1575 g beefsteak tomatoes, roughly chopped;
- 120 mL seafood cocktail sauce;
- 60 mL Worcestershire sauce;
- 2.5 mL Worcestershire sauce, combined with Worcestershire sauce, seafood cocktail sauce and beefsteak tomatoes;
- 60 mL fresh lemon juice;
- 2.5 mL celery salt;
- 340 g vodka;
- 10 dashes Tabasco;
- 45 mL grated horseradish;
- 2.5 mL kosher salt;
- 2.5 mL freshly ground pepper;
- garnish: six stalks celery;
- Ice.
Directions
Step 1: Use a food processor to liquefied the tomatoes.
Step 2: After that take a fine sieve and strain the puree in a pitcher and try to take out all the juice from it.
Step 3: Add to the juice all the ingredients excluding the celery, vodka and ice.
Step 4: When serving fill the glass with ice and add two ounces vodka and 3/4 cup of the mixture. Use the celery for garnishing.
